"We are here, we have called you here today, today to discuss the attack the government, and by government I of course refer to myself, myself and the others that support or oppose myself, most of whom, of course I have chosen, yes? We are here today to explain, qualify, justify our reasoning for the attack. This is not to say that indeed such a justification is necessary as it is our prerogative, is this correct, Margaret, is that correct, the word, prerogative? The words, the words are difficult, and you ask that I consult you, yes, consult? I must consult you, so I do as you ask, but you are not listening. None the less, I believe it is the correct word. Prerogative. It is our prerogative, of course, to decide when and where and how and why a so called "attack," or substitute in whatever military or political or I suppose economic or legislative action you wish to include, it is our prerogative to determine said actions, is it not? Margaret, do I speak incorrectly?"
